Each individual may hold only one active account on 98zk. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed.

Indonesia Context: 98zk recognises that its primary user base resides in Indonesia. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates online gaming and its application to internet-based offshore platforms remains legally ambiguous. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on 98zk. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. 98zk may verify the accuracy of information provided at any time and may request supporting documentation as part of this verification process.
98zk is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may request verification at any time during a Player's use of the Platform. The KYC process serves to confirm Player identity, ve rify age eligibility, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
98zk aims to review and process KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours of receipt during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is completed successfully.
If a Player is unable to provide satisfactory documentation, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with registration information, 98zk reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold associated funds pending further investigation. Confirmed cases of identity fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the receiving account. 98zk will return such funds where it is operationally possible to do so, minus any applicable transaction fees.

All accounts on 98zk are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 98zk does not charge currency conversion fees for IDR transactions. Any conversion charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 98zk's control and are borne solely by the Player.
98zk offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral programs. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry periods — which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following standard conditions apply to all bonus offers on 98zk:
98zk employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include but are not limited to: operating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using bots or automated betting scripts; and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses cancelled, winnings derived from bonuses forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended.
Bonus offers have no cash alternative and cannot be transferred between accounts. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying bets or bonus rounds already in progress at the time of the change are honoured under the original terms.
All sports bets placed on 98zk are subject to the Platform's sportsbook rules, which govern settlement procedures for postponed events, abandoned matches, walkovers, and score corrections. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct odds at the time a bet is placed — due to a technical error or data feed failure — 98zk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled in accordance with the individual rules for each constituent market.
All casino games offered on 98zk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate to within the tolerance specified by the relevant game provider. In the event of a disconnection mid-round, the game engine's server-side record of the game state takes precedence over any client-side display. Winnings are credited automatically upon round completion as recorded by the server.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on 98zk are settled based on official draw results published by the relevant draw operator. 98zk acts as a betting intermediary and is not responsible for the conduct of the draw itself. Any discrepancy between the officially published result and the result displayed on 98zk will be resolved in favour of the officially published source, with settlements adjusted accordingly.

All content on the 98zk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 98zk or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment. This licence does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of 98zk.
The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players is governed by 98zk's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on 98zk, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Terms on matters relating to data protection, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

98zk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false identity information, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Company. In the event of termination for cause, 98zk may withhold any funds pending investigation and may forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 98zk support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, the account will be deactivated and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements being met.
Upon termination — whether initiated by 98zk or the Player — the Player's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination and remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98zk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by the parties through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights that may be available to a Player under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Indonesian Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable Indonesian consumer law to the extent that those rights cannot be waived by contract.
98zk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantively affects a Player's rights or obligations — 98zk will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform and/or an email to the registered address on the Player's account. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms may close their accounts in accordance with Clause 13.2 without penalty.
